• On this Website and the MajiGrid Web/Mobile Application.
• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Platform.
• Through the physical MajiGrid IoT Hardware installed at your premises (tank levels, pump statuses).
• When you interact with our third-party water delivery dispatch network.

A. Personal Identity Information

Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and payment processing details required for your monthly AAAS subscription or hardware purchases.

B. IoT Sensor & Infrastructure Data

Because MajiGrid provides real-time infrastructural management, our hardware nodes continuously collect:

• Real-time volumetric water levels in connected tanks.
• Historical consumption rates and anomaly detection logs (e.g., leakage signatures).
• Pump activation timelines, electrical voltage status, and manual override logs.
• Telemetry data from the Edge AI nodes including ping latency, battery life, and signal strength.

C. Automated Usage Data

As you navigate through and interact with our App and Dashboard, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including IP addresses, browser types, and geolocation data necessary for dispatching water delivery trucks.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To present our Dashboard and its contents to you accurately.
• To trigger automated physical actions (such as turning on a pump via the Pump Control Unit) based on your customized AI parameters.
• To send you critical SMS/Email alerts regarding leakages, shortages, or hardware offline statuses.
• To fulfill any orders for hardware and process the 10% platform fee for water truck deliveries.
• To compile macro-level, anonymized datasets to track our progress against UN Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6).
• To notify you about changes to our Services or any products we offer.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose aggregated, anonymized information about our users (such as city-wide consumption statistics) without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

• To Vetted Delivery Partners: When you request a water truck via the Delivery Network, we share your exact location, contact name, and phone number with the assigned driver to facilitate delivery.
• To Contractors & Installers: For the physical installation of Tank Nodes and Pump Controllers, we share necessary address and contact details with our certified plumbing partners.
• For Legal Compliance: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.
• Property Managers & Tenants: If you use MajiGrid within an estate, certain consumption data may be shared between the overarching property manager and individual unit tenants based on our Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) settings.

We have implemented strict measures designed to secure your personal information and physical infrastructure from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

All communication between the physical Edge AI hardware nodes and our Cloud Gateway is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to the MajiGrid portal, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
